Positions are available for both full-time and part-time:Position Responsibilities:As a Technical Support Specialist your job will entail: providing dealer training, system planning, and advising dealers on best practices helping the dealer ensure the Envy, display, AVR, and source components are configured optimally troubleshooting the Envy and system components as needed, including any HDMI cabling or device issues supporting calibrators whatever it takes to ensure the dealer is delighted.
